A few weeks ago I posted that my greyhound Greta was in the hospital, and so many of you left such nice comments and well wishes - thank you! She's been back home for a couple weeks now and is doing great.
Here she is with her latest bandage (featuring a G๐ decoration because my vet's office is the best!):
Glad she's doing fine. No cone of shame though!
Fun fact: greyhounds' heads are narrower than their necks so the cone just slips right off!
( Her brain is just a dried up old corn kernel rattling around so her head doesn't need to be that big anyway! ;) )
Lol that's pretty mean. But also based on my experience with greyhounds surprisingly accurate.
My uncle used to say that their entire brain was taken up by their programming for running around a track and they didn't have any room left in there.
Your uncle is absolutely right! But what she lacks in smarts she makes up in personality :)
