What is global news?

Something that happened or was uncovered recently anywhere in the world. It doesn't have to have global implications. Just has to be informative in some way.

Sterile though.

When reports started coming out about WiFi damaging your swimmers I immediately used my laptop as a 'laptop' and thought 'this is win win'

Use a MacBook as a laptop and fire up Android Studio
