Let me explain: The humor in this comic strip lies in the absurdity as well as the "comedic timing" in the pacing of the individual panels. The symbol at the start clearly depicts a very minimalist version of a person on a bike. The comic however "takes it literally" and imagines a person driving around with only two wheels, one of which runs between their butcheeks (also a "funny part" of the human body). It doesn't show this right away but contrasts two panels where "nothing happens" with the sudden appearance of this... Thing. It gradually reveals three funny things: First, the absurd thought that what is shown in the symbol is literally what is happening, as explained before. Second, the wheel running through the butcheeks, and lastly, that the person doing this is suffering. This means, there must be some even more absurd circumstances that lead to this whole situation.
I hope I could explain to you how this is funny. Although jokes notoriously die while being dissected.

So perhaps violent media is creating it or revealing it. Either way a brain is not to be fuked with. The mind is a collection of experience, if that mind has tons of violent expressions it will seek to see the world consistanltly, that is our ego trying to make sense of the world with expectations met.

I would say that a viewer discretion is advised, and also animals sometimes suffer for those funny videos, so it's not like black or white

I see ypur view. I am saying there is no free sandbox of the mind where you can watch or think of harm with it harming you. It may be very subtle or take a long time to accumulate bit it's effects will present themselves on all your actions.
I beleive you are what ypu consume. The animal part of our brain also sees what our logical cortex sees but doesn't have logic or reason it just knows its okay to see something that is hurt. My opinions stem from deep Buddhist beleifs of karma or if you'd rather Hubbermans idea of a Reticular Activitng System RAS being pre loaded with content. You view a mountain stream for a day or look at slapstick for a day and put those two people down for dinner and see how different they are. Or as Rumi said WHAT YPU SEEK IS AEEKING YOU, or as common ideas have said ypu become your five closes friends, you are what you eat. The body is a collection of earth we've assembled the mind is a collection of experience. A mind full of slapstick will be slapstick. A mind full of peace and actual joyous humor will be peaceful and joyous.
I know this isn't the place, which is why I deleted my "this isn't funny " comment that spurred this. No one cares about actual spiritual growth just funny ow my balls type shit we see on that documentary Idoicracy.

No. It was never fun watching Larry curly or moe poke eyes out and smash heads. After watching a bunch as a kid I smacked a buddy in 2nd grade thinking it would be funny. My friend was hurt and confused and I learned humor shouldn't have a victim.
and it is those movies that are setting expectations.... just sayin... there are two wolves in you, a frontal cortex of thinking, and an animal subconscious, all content gets pushed through both and one can respond withing milaseconds to release stress hormones, the more stress you have the less your life will be. I do like gif replies though!

did i stutter? i like deleting, i say too much at times, like this whole thread, i saw humor i thought was dumb I should have moved on. but I do enjoy dialogs with people, I'd imagine I'd have every one of these view points had I lead a similar life to the person.
