Demonoid is a english semi-private general tracker with a long history (founded in 2003 and relaunched in 2019, following the founders death in 2018).
The ratio is tracked, but there are no requirements to maintain it.

I haven't touched demonoid since it got shut down. Last time I went there after it "came back" it looked like ass. I haven't trusted it in years.

Common thought was it became a honey pot anyway. I never touched it after the pause.
