You know how butter chicken is the default curry here, tikka masala is pretty much the default in England, that and a balti in the northern counties. Was it this Nagi recipe? https://www.recipetineats.com/chicken-tikka-masala/

That's the one! followed it to the letter and was top notch. Seemingly it's butter chicken but with a few extra things.
