I don't see the problem. No one presented with symptoms before getting on, and as soon as there was a medical issue, they stopped and 911 was called. Everyone acted the way they were supposed to. Kid was going to die no matter what.
@Blamemeta @HLMenckenFan
When authorities have lied so often before why would you believe, without quesion, what they say happened here?
I'll wait for the investigation to be completed first.
Article didn't say.
I would not call this sufficient testing, but again, there is only so much that can be done and this sort of transport should not even be occurring. I however do know the process in and out.
Having said that, the process is that before letting them on the bus, TDEM does a temperature check for COVID or other ILI symptoms, and also ask the adults if they have any symptoms. There is also a medical review that CBP does prior to even having that release from time in custody.
Once on the bus, there is the driver, and the security guard, neither of which have medical responsibility.
Source: I know the person that created this process very well.
How many times have you punched them in the face for being a monster? Because if it's less than one, you're complicit.
We moved away from Texas and that job due to exactly this actually. Put principle ahead of anything else.
A child dies on a bus where they shouldn't have even been in the first place due to lying politicians.
You: I don't see the problem.
Really?
According to the article, everyone did what they could as soon as the problem was known. Are busses dangerous?
Maybe I could've worded it better, but Im not sure how.
Maybe they could have checked the kid out before putting him on the bus rather than as soon as there was a problem. I mean if you're going to illegally deport people from a state, something that states absolutely do not have the right to do, the least you could do is give them a physical before doing it.
They are not forced to get on the bus, they are just given the option. Common myth.

They are lied to. You can't seriously be arguing that lying to someone is a valid option.
