I mean, yeah, if I I were into collecting sneakers and had the money, I'd totally do it for the meme.

Maybe auction them off once they sell out and donate the proceeds to some lgbt/minority/feminist org?

I mean, fuck it, most revenue he's going to make off of them was around half a mil anyway iirc.

I was operating off of the (now shown to be correct) assumption that they would sell out anyway because he has enough braindead followers to buy up the limited quantity of sneakers, and/or the whole thing is a scam to bypass some campaign finance law or another, and the actual impact of the decisiontof an individual to buy them would be negligible.
