Things I learned from my last visit to Applebee's:

  1. White people are in the minority as far as customers go anyway
  2. People will order online, then get there and stand around waiting for their food for long periods of time. Sometimes they sit at the bar and get a drink while they wait.
  3. People order fruity drinks in large quantities which puts stress on the single bartender working at the time. Example drink: "The Tipsy Cuban"
  4. The bartender does one thing at a time. No multitasking. To be fair, I wouldn't rush around if I worked at Applebee's either.
  5. There are either 1 or 2 people at a table, or a large family with 5+ people. Not really any in-between.

I sat at the bar, ordered pepsi and a quesadilla burger which was microwaved to ๐ŸคŒ perfection ๐ŸคŒ, and left a >50% tip.

Is that a good thing or a bad thing?
