Sorry to hear about your week, hope you're holding up. Though talking about it with someone might be helpful indeed. Would however suggest that you might want to see a therapist/counsellor instead of a psychiatrist (unless you have been seeing one, or are looking for medical help), as they might be more suited to what you may need in dealing with the stress and difficult experiences. Thanks. I've already been seeing a therapist for over a year. They reached an impasse.
