Before the COVID-19 pandemic, the parkade brought in $936,000 annually.

So, if we assume that we that was the average, the revenues over 50 years have barely covered the cost of these repairs!

I've never parked downtown, but if it's "one of Winnipeg's busiest parkades," you'd think that they could up rates quite a bit before negatively affecting revenues!
