Like kerbal space program is AWESOME.

Space Engineers was... blocky.

Best starship builder ever, imho! But not much to do but mine and build, if one doesnt play multiplayer. Got tired of it eventually.

There's plenty to do if you install mods, particularly Modular Encounters Systems. Also, check out Splitsie's Survival Impossible -series if you need more inspiration :)

Starbase is pretty good but it needs more development in the "game" parts. As a spaceship making sim its pretty dam good
