I get that. I'm just saying that, for as long as I can remember, NASA has been making announcements about returning to the moon. Is it somehow more difficult now than it was in '67?

You "get that", but then ask yet another generic question that has literally nothing to do with the announcement... What kind of pathetically slow thought process do you work with?

Yes, yes it IS harder to work internationally than to work within a single well funded entity like old '67 NASA. What a brilliant observation!
