Can cats even have lasagna?

Looks delicious, though.

I think it's OK for orange ones (source: Garfield). ๐Ÿ˜‚ Actually, isn't there a lot of cheese in lasagna? Thought dairy wasn't great for cats (OK for kittens), no?

The bechamel sauce might be the biggest issue.

ricotta, mozzarella. maybe some parm. At least, for the kind mom makes. there's different variations, like lasagna bolognese which use bechamel

I found this recipe to be a massive hit. though. confession time. I added ricotta anyhow. (Okay. so I like ricotta. I probably like ricotta a little too much. it's my favorite part in lasagna. )

Unless the cat is lactose intolerant, they won't likely suffer any significant health effects. Anecdotally speaking, my cats have not cared much for tomato based foods. My ex used to feed them bits of our human food to satisfy their curiosity. They'd eat the meat and cheese out of it and leave the pasta bits alone.

Then one of them would leave diarrhea on my most expensive furniture. Every fuckin time.
