It's possible. He literally burnt an extra 150 million dollars by bumping his offer for twitter to 54.20 just to make it a stupid 420 meme. It's not like he doesn't have the money to pay those bills.

I’m not saying he doesn’t have the money - I was mostly commenting on his outright refusal to pay other bills.
