Are you tired of clickbait and the current state of journalism? This community is meant to remind you that excellent journalism still happens. While not sticking to a specific topic, the focus will be on high-quality articles and discussion around their topics.

Aye, definitely, I don't think that the majority of people understand how very urgent the Climate crisis is.I tried to talk to my family/parents about it, and they just think it is exaggerated and that science will fix it. My father said that it is all just the media trying to scare people, and that they fixed the ozone hole and acid rain issues in the past. Sadly, there is no getting through to them. As long as it doesn't affect them directly they will not accept the urgency of it and even if it does, they will blame something else.
