Be smart and get a plus plus good e-bike for less than your budget by buying one second hand. Last fall I bought an two year old 9k e-bike for Les than 3k on upway.com Service was good and the bike is absolutely awesome!
I bought a cheap ass Engwe and, yeah I wish I had something nicer lol
