So okay, observations on driving after a while:

  • road markings seem shite in the rain at night. Or is it just me
  • need a car wash after driving through Manningham Rd, the cloud of dust from all the trucks and shit from the NEL work follows you up to Bell St
  • life is so much easier if you have carplay/android auto, phone holders are le sucke
  • love that we're in barefoot driving weather

And lucky days for me, I did a quick shop run to get coconut water on half price and bonsoy was 20% off too. Stocked up heaps of both while I had a car. Now I'm set till end Jan ๐Ÿ˜Ž

For sure some road markings are pure guesswork in the rain, especially at night!

And as someone who used a phone holder for years and recently got Android Auto.. so much better. Although I had pretty good phone holders so I didn't hate it that much.

The screen size and scaled up buttons are a game changer though. And voice commands... I can't get mine to detect voice commands while driving except in android auto
