Firstly, Matt Hughes is a gaslighting piece of trash that shouldn't be taken seriously. but how can these clubs think they can sue Everton? Everton allegedly broke PL rules. PL didn't 'punish' Everton quickly enough, and these 3 clubs subsequently got relegated...shouldn't they be suing the league? In theory, it was the league's inaction that caused them damages, not Everton.
