And still £32m less than Bayern Munich who don’t enjoy the big fat broadcasting revenue like PL clubs do while City won treble. One must marvel at Bayern Munich operations and also wonder when state owned clubs can’t catch big clubs revenues after fudging sponsorship deals and other things what do normal clubs do to have a chance. Big clubs are too big and they keep becoming bigger and bigger.

I see what you're trying to say but this is definitely not the thread for this discussion. When you bring it up here it just looks apologetic to City.

As a Chelsea fan, where ever I bring it up it would be the same case. I didn’t have Manchester City revenue results to comment under Bayern Munich revenue’s results post. If it was the other way around I would’ve made this comparison comment. All those billions spent, illegal stuff, one of the best run club’s, had best season and you still can’t catch Bayern who don’t have the biggest broadcasting revenue like EPL and who don’t charge fans overprice tickets. Sometimes you got to sit back and wonder how big are these clubs that even billions and legal stuff can’t catch them in couple of decades. If a normal club wants to compete in the right way it’s almost not possible. Asking this question doesn’t necessarily mean one is apologising for Manchester City or Chelsea. Incredible stuff if you zone out for a moment and think.
