It's bad enough that pedestrians and cyclists are being killed at an alarming rate in the GTA, but hit-and-runs seem to be the default.

Tax vehicles by tire diameter or height of the driver's seat. My old Ranger can fit as much in the bed as a modern goofy F-150 or Ram but it's at least a foot shorter and wont turn a sedan into plastic confetti during a crash.
