Anyone know any effective home remedies for lower back pain? I fucked up at the gym yesterday and it hurts to walk lol

So there's this stretch I know. It's performed while standing. You get into like a partial sat position, imagine you were trying to hover over a manky toilet but you had to go. So once you're in the half way to taking a dump position, place your hands on your upper thighs, then push down on your thighs with your hands. Start light to see how it goes for you. The theory is that it allows you to lengthen your own spine by pushing your shoulders and hips away from each other.

Diclocfenac. Effing hot shower. Epsom bath. Bed.

Sorry for silly question, do you mean Epsom bath in a bath tub?

[–] 6368_39162@aussie.zone 3 points 1 year ago (2 children)

Yes. Epsom salts. Supermarkets have them thought it’s a bit old fashioned. You’re making a mineral bath, like going to Bath 😺

Yeah my feet started floating up when I was in the bath. Felt cool lol

For some silly reason I thought you meant in the shower and was very confused... 😂

I’ve done this injury at gym too many times. Osteo massage speeds up recovery. I have a massage gun and use that to loosen the lower back up. Otherwise it’s just time.

Which brand is the osteo gun? Or whereabouts did you grab it from?
