Concerned Woorabinda residents spotted the first child, a two-year-old boy, inside the parked car outside a home on Richardson Street in the Aboriginal community south-west of Rockhampton around 6:30pm last night.

"Sending my condolences to my nephew … and all families who loved and adored these little fellas," one person wrote.
