Unlike that final that was played in Peru a coupla days ago where they forgot to KEEP THE LIGHTS ON WHILE THE GAME WAS STILL GOING

That's not what happened. The full time whistle was blown so they turned the lights off. Because the away team was huge rivals with the home team and just won the league by winning 2-0 against their rivals so they wanted to stop them from celebrating lol.
