For me this is the same thing as a racing incident in Formula 1, there are some cases where contact that looks bad especially in slo-motion reply or a single frame will happen, it doesn't mean that each and every single such incident must be a red card.
Intent should matter, force should matter, if the contact was avoidable should matter, if there was recklessness in the players movement should matter.
The Copenhagen players foot was not there until Rashford was half way through the motion of positioning his foot there, he didn't step with any extra force other than just positioning his body there.
I am not saying this is not a red by whatever the rule is right now, I am saying how I personally want it to be. I don't want to see any player off the pitch because of incidents like this.
