Well I guess that's how the league want to handle this. A coach almost lost his eye and will probably have a scar for the rest of his life for absolutely 0 conconsequences. No one is responsible of anything and everyone want to clean his hands of any responsibility, the league or the public officials, nothing to see here move on.

Shame on them and shame on the Marseille prefecture.
