Das ist eine optische Täuschung, verursacht dadurch, dass die Linie schräg verläuft. Am Plot nimmt es eh zu.

Wahrsl. wird es nicht sehr viel zunehmen, wenn man sich den historischen Verlauf anschaut:

Da geht es auch um Flächennutzungs-Konkurrenz.
