UEFA handed out two additional fines: One €26K fine for people standing on the stairs and another €8K fine for lighting two flares in the crowd.

I wouldn't put it past their greedy asses to do a match ban for fans, the difference in treatment of Palestine and Ukraine invasions is laughably disgusting

Why would they ban fans? It's just a money making scam to them. If there's no fans there'll be nothing to fine them for.
