UEFA handed out two additional fines: One €26K fine for people standing on the stairs and another €8K fine for lighting two flares in the crowd.

As a governing body, you can do a lot better than fining clubs every season. Hell, we went to the moon. You’re telling me they can’t mitigate this to much greater extents than currently? Please
