What's even more crazy is that they're from a tiny part of a pretty small city in one of the smallest German states. They're in the middle of nowhere.

And the "bigger" team close to them (1. FC Saarbrücken) failed to get promoted along with them last year while they dominated the league for almost the entire season, as a NEWLY promoted team.
