How did Van de Ven play off the bench
Started nervous and badly misplaced first pass followed by a period of very conservative passing by him. Then had a rush showing good pace past two players before being fouled and had a few good defensive actions afterwards.
This was all from the left back position, weirdly enough
He occasionally played LB in a 4-man backline at Wolfsburg.
