Or if you have to use Windows, just download Windows 10 LTSC (Microsoft deserves it anyway; they refuse to sell to sell it to the public because then they can't throw ads at you all day) and have a privacy based Windows 10 that you can modify any way you want. I even removed Edge after each update forever.
