McLaren only needs a slight car performance increase before Red Bull has a problem. But, getting that increase will be tough. Hope they can still get it in this season.
Undoubtedly there's still performance to be unlocked as they understand how the upgrades are working in the real world compared to the wind tunnel. A McLaren on the top step of a proper GP podium could be on the cards before the end of the season.
Well they're still a half second behind the Bull. When it's half that I'll believe you.
They're half a second behind one of the Red Bulls. The other one seems to have given up. If McLaren can regularly put two drivers on the podium then RBR have a problem next year.
Red Bull probably stopped developing their car months ago, they'll be ok with getting overtaken by the pack by the end of the season.
