Why is Mysterio's base power 0 and not 4? (sh.itjust.works)

It didn't matter in the end but I'm still curious.

  • Mysterio base power = 4
  • Play Bast, set power of Mysterio and clones to 3
  • After playing Shadow King I expect the power to go back to 4 but instead it lowers to 0? Anyone know why?
