I assume I picked some of those squash really late. Is there something I can still do with the biggest one? It's about 8 inches [or 20cm] across.

Stuff it like you would a bell pepper - scoop out the seeds, fill with a rice/herb/cheese mixture, and bake till tender - works amazingly for those big ones that got away from ya!
