From the animation department:
Pantheon is good, and tangentially topical.
Scavenger's Reign is interesting otherworldly sci-fi, despite being a little slow to get moving.
The new Ranma ½ is goofy fun, and perhaps the most faithful remake I've ever seen of any show or movie.
I love the original. Ill have to watch the remake.
I'll have to check that one out.
