I've been feeling sad about how I wasn't able to show up to the No Kings protest on Saturday, so I've been brainstorming small ways to protest for now until the next one. I made some sticky notes that I'm going to put up in my small Trump-loving town in places that people will most likely see them. It's Leviticus 19:33-34. So far I got one up on a gas pump from when I got gas today. I actually taped it on there because the sticky stuff on sticky notes aren't sticky enough lol. Is this a form of vandalism? I hope not. The cops won't come for me, right? ....right? Anyways, let me know if you think this is a good idea or not, and if you have ideas for other things I can write!

I am in no way trying to convince you to not protest as you wish, since it’s very obviously non-violent and peaceful. That said, given the likely nature of your town, I wouldn’t be surprised if the gas station (and anyone else who sees your stickies considers your valid protest to be vandalism and, if done enough times, I also wouldn’t be surprised if they used their security cameras to at the very least try to identify you. It’s harmless enough that it’s likely they’ll just be annoyed, but you can never really tell, unless you really know.

Randomize when and how you protest, be unpredictable, mask up, vary your method and location; but be prepared that the people there can very easily ask the cops to arrest whoever is doing it. If your town is conservative enough and supports the fascist, the cops may decide to take action.

Protest, fight the fight, and don’t give up.
