Yes but also no. What the American resistance critically lacks is solidarity, communal trust and guts. The consequences you listed are what happens when you try to take on the capitalists alone; when it's everyone twisting their arms in the same direction their only choice will be to say "yes daddy". Together you are stronger than them. The work setting up strike funds, supplies and mutual aid works starts yesterday.
