Peaceful protests work. Plenty of people protesting today cited that their main motivation was violence against peaceful protesters. People do not like that, and this injustice tends to form a greater coalition.
So what you're saying is, MAGA and republicans are winning because they're more peaceful? Or is the left losing because they're more violent? Because it seems like they're winning because they're actually taking material action with violence while the left do nothing but symbolic peaceful action.
The turnout was great and all but Trump is still in power, ICE is still abducting, and now politicians are getting murdered by gunmen who can conveniently slip away undetected from the middle of a gunfight. What does peaceful protest actually solve when the opposition is just straight up murdering?
I don't understand what you're trying to say with the first part about MAGA and flipping the roles.
And I'm not saying it, it's the academics in those links. If you have academics calling for violence all the way through to solve this, I'd love to hear it.
