France being famous for having disposed of all 290 of its own nuclear weapons, of course.

To be fair Iran would use their nuke on Israel and everyone knows it.

It make sense to go to war against someone who is building a device to instantly destroy you.

[–] FreakinSteve@lemmy.world 1 points 4 hours ago

It makes sense to build that device as a deterrent against Us-Israeli aggression...not that there was any proof of it anyway. Besides, trump destroyed the deal we had to prevent Iranian nukes so now Iran MUST arm itself. He's an absolute fucking moron.

Would they, though? Knowing that the entire rest of the world would be down their throats in an instant? Knowing Israel would immediately nuke them back?

In May 2012, Iran's Military Chief of Staff declared: "The Iranian nation is standing for its cause and that is the full annihilation of Israel."

If you read more of the list of threat, it is highly probable.

Didn't click on the link but based on the last 8 years, anything Macron says has a strong probability of being dogshit made to sound plausible and appealing to the end user.
We had chatgpt as president before chatgpt was the hype.
So whatever he wrote on the nazi social network, take it with a huge pinch of salt.

It's amazing how France and Germany seem to have the same view after US has been pushing the nuclear path. Feels like some play book is being acted out.
