that's how you know it's BS, they don't eat that much cheese, they eat that much "cheese based food product"
That yellow plastic being called "American cheese" is a stain on all the actually really good cheese that is made here.
Sure. I'm originally from "Europe" more or less anyway and I'm sure specific region based cheeses that are of high quality are made in the US. We just never hear about Wisconsin... Bay or whatever cheese.
