Look at it this way.... if renting was somehow better for you as a consumer, then what would be the motive for a company to rent you a desk, rent you a bed, rent you a car. For short term things, sure. But financially it isn't better for you to rent forever.
In 30 years you'll still be spending that money on a bed each and every month, or you could have paid for a house and now be living rent and mortgage free.
This is absolutely correct but no capitalist built system would allow you to actually buy....
5 million homes and almost 14 million cars sold last year so someone is buying.
Incredible that anyone would buy anything at the prices these days. Who could actually afford such luxury.
And I said allow you to buy. As In you. You pleb. Not the rich guy not reading g thru the comment section of some random ass site maybe talking about them.
