when corporations were first initiated into being in the US they were required to define the scope of the business venture in great detail and stick to that business plan as the company was registered with each state and the federal government.

but that was when the US didn't suck off monopolies for constant stream of insider information on corporations stocks and bribes, and we taxed obscene wealth for monetary redistribution with things like free university educations.

you know ... the America that Boomers got to excel under.

now we get the dead America.
