They lived there first. He built a spaceport next door and is now threatening them that he'll be stealing their land.

How is this their fault?

Yeah thats context I didn't have. My bad I guess I had assumed they moved there for work like a company town sort of thing.

I don't think any of the original holdouts are left, but i could be wrong.

They bought them out a while ago now
