Why are you so personally offended by and hostile towards some Internet stranger's genuine reaction to a painting they actually liked enough to inquire about?

I mean that in jest - the fruit. The artist pictured is already quite pale, perhaps she painted herself paler to look dead or spoiled like the fruit.
