Our goal, in short, is a humane alternative to genocide. That is: the ideal solution achieves the same result as mass murder (the removal of undesirable elements from society), but without any of the moral stigma.

Holy shit, he sounds like he wants to redo Hitler's 'final solution' without people disliking him. At first he's like well genocide isn't very nice to people, so we need to find a better solution and then he goes on with the real problem being the fucking moral stigma what the actual fuck.
