Huh no answer to his question. Funny that...
Ok so you missed the point.
Democrats have been in charge for 30+ years. They've been in charge and helped create these problems. Do you think they will fix them?
Republicans didn't get CA into this mess, Democrats did.
You're the one who missed the point.
Landlords and the system that treats housing as a profitable investment is the cause of high costs of living. This happens everywhere in the US. Cities where people want to live in the reddest of the red states have the exact same cost of living problems. Its a fundamental problem that is inherent to for-profit real estate.
Neither party wants to dismantle that system. Your solution is not a solution. High cost of living cannot be solved by switching to the other current political party.
And who is in control of, and has been for most of the last 30 years, that system?
And it definitely won't be solved by continuing to elect the same people who are making it worse. You don't get change by doing the same thing over and over. By continually voting for them in spite of it getting continually worse, you're telling them you're ok with it.
the two party duopoly
the other people you propose support the exact same policies that make it worse.
Your solution continues to not be a solution.
Yeah the best solution is to definitely just keep voting for the same people who have been in charge for decades and have overseen it get worse and worse. No other options at all.
there are ways to influence governments beyond your vote.
Not really doing too well there either, are you?
I'm doing fine how are you?
