While the ruling largely sustained Musk’s core complaint, OpenAI did get some claims dropped, including a claim that Musk was misled by public OpenAI statements that the court found he helped write.

That didn't stop him from trying to pursue as if he hadn't help author them. Dirty, scheming asshole piece of shit. He could use his wealth to build outreach centers to help the unhoused or other acts of philanthropy. He does nothing beneficial to humanity with it. Just buys himself expensive stupid toys.

People can believe Tesla is worth a huge premium but are skeptical of the price of bitcoin, as if the financial system isn't all make believe.

It's all psychology. But the difference to Bitcoin is that it is grounded in reality. Since the existence of the stock market, every stock eventually converges to its real valuation based on revenue and productivity. The converging of Tesla has already started as the overvaluation has started to correct itself.
