Exchanging the air constantly will make the tent the same conditions as outside. If you want to increase the temp and RH you need to “seal” it up. So only run the fans when it’s not at ideal conditions to get to ideal conditions.
You CAN run the fan constantly, but there is downsides, like needing supplemental heat, using more water for the humidifier. The idea of the tent is to make small area the ideal conditions, making your “lung room” the area with constant air exchanging is more difficult to manage. Especially if your tent isn’t actually in a semi sealed room.
I grow cannabis, so I’ve got a pretty automated system. If my rh or temp gets too high it fires on the exhaust and it naturally draws air in. I have my settings at 27c or 60rh to turn on.
