Tiny Tiny RSS, aunque es más feito que que fresh rss, según la instancia que uses puedes usar plugins para obtener el texto completo del artículo (aunque también puedes hacer lo mismo con FreshRSS pero requuere más trabajo, tambken puedes agregar fuentes que no tengan enlace rss, pero también requiwre más trabajo)
