what drama? I used to play and was on the subreddit for a time, but it’s been a long time and I’m OOTL

If you read this meme without inferring any drama, it's just a dude accurately describing a situation and then exclaiming his confusion for unknown reasons.

Shane is a raging alcoholic trying to drink himself to death. Abigail is most likely the product of her mom cheating on her 'dad' with the wizard. Those are 2 that stand out to me.

That's drama within the game, not in the community

Ah, you're right. I misread.

Stardew valley is pretty racist, the first quest for the male black character is to get him a melon…

Demetrius also has a moment of anger over his ‘daughter’ dating the MC.

There’s no real other ethnicities in the game other than Maru and Demetrius.

Yea those are surprisingly dark parts of the game, but the community is very wholesome and friendly as far as I’m aware

The most "drama and toxicity" I’ve seen in the Stardew Community was after the R*ddit API protest, when they were split on wether the sub should stay closed or open back up, but even that was comparatively mild

Ah, you're right. I misread.

There are two "sex scenes" alluded to as well.

edit: writing this comment made me feel like a parent writing a review for other parents to tell if little jimmy is old enough to watch the movie
